FED:Coalition could not balance budget:Swan

Federal Treasurer WAYNE SWAN says a coalition government would be unable to deliver
a budget surplus.

Labor has promised to return the budget to surplus in 2012-13.

Mr SWAN has told Sky News that analysis of opposition costings show a coalition government
would be unable to make the same commitment.
